BushWhacked is a political, anti-war statement. I'm generally a happy guy. But I hear the stories from the Soldiers and the Moms and Dads. I hear about the Iraqi kids that crowd the trucks for candy and toys one day only to become "speed bumps" the next day. I hear about the suicides when our Soldiers come home and can't get treatment for PTSD in part because of the "system" and in part because they're afraid to be singled out by their C.O. ( ask a few of them if you don't believe me!)
The truth is, Bush caught most of the photo-ops in this piece (no doubt the worst President/Administration in my lifetime) but if you really study the quagmire that is the war in Iraq, you'll hopefully conclude that the root cause is horribly bi-partisan. No matter how it's spun by the media, the blood is equally distributed across the political spectrum. Personal politics aside, every single politician is culpable. And as long as I'm assigning blame, we should all find a mirror!
Every Democrat and Republican had a hand in it and that is just a plain fact. Every American has the duty and the ability to fix this. So as you view BushWhacked, please remember that both sides of the aisle are accountable and all Americans are responsible for every hair on every head of every American Soldier in harm's way.
